Tax Assistance

The Lafayette Public Library works with the IRS to increase the availability of federal tax forms and publications by providing free tax products for the public at all library branches. We receive paper copies of the most commonly used forms and instruction booklets in late January; many other forms and publications can be downloaded or printed from the IRS website,  http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html and may be subject to printing costs.

In order to request a form to be mailed to you, call the Louisiana Department of Revenue at 1-888-829-3071 (toll-free) or by visiting the above Louisiana Department of Revenue website.
