Seniors Fit for Life

This moderate exercise and strength training program offers older adults a fun and active way to stay fit. Seated/Chair Exercising is available. Ages 55 & up; no registration required.

YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER BEFORE STARTING THIS OR ANY OTHER EXERCISE PROGRAM. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
