Library Kits: LibCrates

What is Teen LibCrate?

Teen LibCrate is a free, packaged box experience for teens.
It is a lot like other book subscription services you might have seen, but this one is coming from your public library.
A new Teen LibCrate will be released four times a year (March, June, September, and December).
Once you read the book, return it and the box. You get to keep the rest.
Registration is required and limited for this program, so be sure to act fast.

How does it work?

To sign up, go the event calendar on our website.
Registration is just like normal program registration, with a few extra questions.
You will have to provide a phone number, email address, your preferred branch, and tell us how old you are.
You must have a Library card to check out a LibCrate and only one will be issued per card.
Once the boxes are ready, we will call you and let you know.
You will have one week to pick up your box before it goes to the next person on the waiting list.

What’s in the box?

One teen book specially selected for that season's theme
Several bits of swag you get to keep like candy, buttons, bookmarks, key chains, etc.
    A themed craft
A bookmark with book recommendations based on the theme
A QR code linking to a curated Spotify playlist for the box
    The library’s BookTalk Newsletter
    And instructions

Did you like your box?

We encourage you to share pictures of your LibCrate via Instagram!
