To comply with Act No. 436 2023, the library established restricted library cards for patrons 17 years and under. Library patrons with restricted cards do not have access to internet enabled library computers, including those in the maker space.

To comply with Act No. 436 2023, the library established restricted library cards for patrons 17 years and under. Library cards may only be issued to patrons aged 17 years and under in the presence of a guardian who must provide identification and who must sign the application form.
