Opened in May 2015, the East Regional Library serves both Youngsville and Broussard and is centrally located between those cities in the park that also includes Fabacher Field stadium. The library features meeting and study rooms, storytimes for children, wi-fi, public computers, as well as an expanded book and DVD collection. Drive-thru service begins 30 minutes before the library opens; the window closes 15 minutes before the library closes. A drive-thru book return is also available after hours.
Public printing and copying are available at this library for a small fee on a per-page basis.
