Embark on a Reading Adventure: 1000 Books Before Kindergarten

Start a Lifelong Journey of Reading with Your Child!

The Lafayette Public Library invites you and your little ones to embrace the joy of reading through the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Reading from an early age nurtures language, literacy, social-emotional skills, and instills a lifelong passion for books.

How It Works:

  • Goal: Read 1000 books with your child before they start kindergarten.
