West Regional Library Building Program   ADOPTED by the Library Board, February 15, 2016.  Document detailing design considerations, required spaces, equipment, and square footage for the new facility. The Architect will use this document when designing the Library.  (POSTED Feb 22 2016)

Revised Library Service Locations Map – shows updated current and future library locations, along with service area (radius/buffer).  The Library’s 2002 proposition to the voters was to have a Library within a 3.5 mile radius of 95% of the Lafayette Parish population. West Regional planning has begun.  Once West Regional is open, the Scott Branch will close.  Map provided by Lafayette Consolidated Government’s GIS Division.  Supersedes map posted May 2013.  (POSTED Feb 22 2016)

Current Library Locations (does not show West Regional target area)    The Library’s 2002 proposition to the voters was to have a Library within a 3.5 mile radius of 95% of the Lafayette Parish population.  Main Library renovations are in progress.  East Regional Library will be bid out in June 2013 with a bid opening date in early July 2013.  West Regional (location not yet selected) planning is in the early stages.  The map, courtesy of LCG’s IS&T Department/GIS Division shows current locations, including the East Regional Library.   (POSTED May 30, 2013)
