Regular meetings of the Library Board of Control are generally held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m. The meetings for January 2015 and February 2015 have been moved to the 2nd Monday of the respective months due to the Holiday schedule.

Effective July 2015, Board Meetings will be held at the Main Library, 301 W. Congress St., Lafayette, LA  70501.  The meetings are held in the 3rd Floor Administrative Offices Library Board Room.  The meetings are open to the public.  (For 2015 until the Main Library reopened to the public, the regular meeting location – unless otherwise noted – was the Library Administrative Office Building, 604 S. Buchanan St., Lafayette, LA 70501 . That building was open to the public for Library Board meetings and parking was available in the adjacent lot.)

If a location of a meeting is changed, this will be posted with the official notice posting and online.
