Regular meetings of the Library Board of Control are generally held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m. The meeting for January 2013 has been moved to the 2nd Monday of the month due to the Holiday schedule.

For 2013, meetings will be held at the Library Administrative Office Building, 604 S. Buchanan St., Lafayette, LA 70501 unless otherwise noted. This building is open to the public for Library Board meetings.

Parking is available in the Library’s rental lot on S. Buchanan (across from the back entrance of the Jefferson Street Branch Library). The administrative office building is adjacent to this parking lot.

If a location of a meeting is changed, the new location will be posted with the official notice posting and online.
